Monkey Bar £15

The classic children’s sucker ‘You turned it round’ trick. 

Three ropes hang from a wooden bar. To one of the end ropes is attached a coloured bangle. (You can remove the bangle and affix anything you like. Try a small soft toy rabbit for Easter shows and a miniature father Christmas or snowman at Christmas.)

The apparatus is passed behind your back and the bangle jumps to the other end. The bar is put behind your back again and it jumps back to the original position. The children are not slow to tell you that ‘You turned it round’. After much byplay you put the bar behind your back again and this time when you bring it out, much to the children’s surprise, the ring is in the middle.
